Aug. 4: Drones and planes flying by spraying fungicide on corn

I’m enjoying the cooler weather. Things are going pretty good. We received an inch of rain last Tuesday and Wednesday. I’ve noticed drones and planes flying by spraying fungicide on corn. I’m raking straw to dry it out and hope to finish and bale this week. Neighbors cut hay this past weekend. Corn is looking good. I’m checking for leaf diseases, and I haven’t found anything real bad, just a few spots on it. I randomly checked some ears and they look OK.
